Welcome to my nutrition therapy practice

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, prevention of disordered eating behaviors, pediatric and adolescent nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, and weight management. My practice operates in a unique personal setting, whereby clients can freely talk about nutrition and food in a safe, nurturing, and non judgmental environment. With a focus on individual behavior modification, your needs are always considered when developing a personalized plan. As a dedicated registered dietitian nutritionist, and member of your health care team, I will provide you with the necessary knowledge, support and motivation to achieve and maintain your goals.

I look forward to working with you!

Nutrition Therapy

My practice style is based on nutrition therapy. As a nutrition therapist, I provide the services of a traditional registered dietitian nutritionist in addition to addressing the distorted myths surrounding food. I educate clients on the science behind metabolism and how the body works. The connection between the body and food is analyzed while we work together to create meal plans and address your thoughts and feelings around food.

My Philosophy

Choosing what to eat is challenging and deciding how much to eat is an additional challenge. My philosophy is to teach clients how to honor their physical cues of hunger and fullness to achieve their weight goals. Under my guidance you will learn how to listen to your body and identify when you are not eating enough or eating too much. I will work with you to make the best choices for yourself and incorporate your food preferences. You will learn how to trust your body and how to mindfully and intuitively eat.
